Always trim your candle wick before each use. Burn candle on a fire resistant surface. Never leave a candle burning unattended. Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time. Stop use when less than 1/2" of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

Each item is handmade and packaged in Albuquerque, NM, and there may be some imperfections such as: minor discoloration of the wax, slightly off-centered label, tiny markings on the outside of the jar, etc. None of these impact the quality of the candle. Please be aware that wax is subject to every atmosphere and will undergo an expansion and contrast depending upon the temperature; the appearance of wax “shrinking” from the jar is known as frosting and is normal. Wick curling is also normal.

In addition, candle lids may be different based upon suppliers availability. When you order multiple candles, I will do my best to provide you with matching lids.

We offer returns on any candle that has not been burned or used to test the scent. To return or exchange an item, please email customer service at storytellercandlesllc@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Request (RMR) number. After receiving a RMR number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

The condition of your return will be inspected and undergo review for approval before we process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
